I’m Andrew Smith, founder and owner of TKO Renovations LLC. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling industry, I’ve built my career around transforming homes, solving problems, and helping homeowners bring their ideas to life.
I started TKO Renovations with a simple vision: to build a company that homeowners can count on for everything from small handyman repairs to complete home renovations. I believe no project is too small to deserve attention to detail, and no project is too large to lose sight of the customer’s expectations.
As a father of two boys and a lifelong believer in hard work, I understand the importance of family, home, and the value of a dollar. I know that when someone hires TKO, they’re investing their hard-earned money into a place that matters to them. That’s a responsibility I take seriously.
Unlike companies where the owner is just a name on the paperwork, I remain personally involved in the business, from meeting with customers and planning projects to making sure the finished work meets our standards.
My goal isn’t simply to complete another job. It’s to build lasting relationships, earn the trust of our community, and create a company known for reliability, integrity, and quality workmanship.
